this year has been hard on everyone. it has forced many businesses to adapt and pivot quicker than ever before, changing the way we live, work, shop and provide support. here at frank green, we haven’t been immune from this; in fact, some of the ways we continue to be affected by this pandemic include:
- a remote workforce;
- social distancing in our printing and fulfilment facilities;
- accommodating the impacts of covid on our mail carriers; and
- managing the significant increase in the transition to online shopping.
we love our community and ensuring you have a wonderful customer service experience is so important to us. so we just wanted to reach out and say if you don’t get an immediate response from our team, it’s not because we don’t care. we care — a lot. but we’re also just a group of humans who are trying our best to navigate these unprecedented times, both at work and at home.
